5. Candidate Terms

Candidates agree that information provided will be shared with potential employers, that we do not guarantee employment, and that they will notify us of any changes to their availability or preferences.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed upon in separate service agreements. Payment terms vary based on the service type. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anant Manpower Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Anant Manpower Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
